ABOUT POWER MAXED RACING

Formed in 2015, Power Maxed Racing was born out of automotive distribution company Automotive Brands, running two Chevrolet Cruzes in the British Touring Car Championship. 

In 2017, we became a Manufacturer-backed team bringing Vauxhall back to the BTCC with two brand-new Astras, where the primary purpose of the cars' maiden year in the Championship was data accrual. 

2018 in the 60th Anniversary of the BTCC was a whole new ball game, with data accrued from every track used to make ever-smarter decisions resulting in a strong finish in the championship. 

Highly motivated, we look toward 2019 as the year we plan to win the Championship and gain a good chunk of screen time for our partners as we do so.

EXTENDED REACH TO THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY

Though we now practice as a separate commercial entity to our original parent company, Automotive Brands is still a valuable connection held strong by mutual Team Principal of PMR and Managing Director of Automotive Brands, Adam Weaver. 

Should you have a product requiring increased exposure into the automotive aftermarket, Automotive Brands is a hugely relevant connection which can be utilised to ensure the professional, swift and reliable distribution of your products into the aftermarket. 

ADDED ENGAGEMENT CREATED BY EXISTING PARTNERS

Another benefit of our association with Automotive Brands is that its two owned brands, Power Maxed and Steel Seal, are highly engaged in sponsorship activation, a by-product of which means added exposure to their followers, fans and both stockists and consumers. 

POS created by these sponsors for their stockists often contains race imagery, incidentally increasing the brand reach for our other partners across the country and to the brands' specific consumer audiences too. Video shared on YouTube and social media channels also incidentally features branding of our other partners.

THE ONLY TEAM TO CREATE ROUND-REVIEW VIDEOS

We have an on-site video team present at every race weekend throughout the season (yes, including Knockhill), meaning we have a huge amount of high-resolution raw footage available for use by our partners, but also resulting in a professional review video of the weekend which is shared on social media and by the heavily followed official BTCC social media pages too. This includes both in-garage footage and ITV footage too, mixed together for a visually engaging short film and a captivating way to increase your brand reach. 

NON-BTCC EVENTS

For two subsequent years we have had the honour of being invited to the Goodwood Festival of Speed; an event where creating brand reach to the huge audiences is often expensive and difficult to logistically organise. We hope to attend the 2019 event too, creating valuable reach to a huge, engaged market in addition to the existing BTCC audience. 

Similarly, Power Maxed, owned by our original parent company Automotive Brands, is title sponsor of the Power Maxed Coventry MotoFest, which for two years in a row has considered the sole presence of our Astra touring cars to be a main attraction. 

MERCHANDISE DISTRIBUTION VIA TRADE STAND

A HGV-come-trade-stand we nickname Optimus follows us to every race weekend, with its primary purpose being to increase exposure for Power Maxed vehicle care products and Steel Seal head gasket fix. This trade stand draws hundreds of track visitors over the course of a BTCC race weekend and is ideal for handing out merchandise or POS to act as a sponsorship activation platform on behalf of our partners.
